ITTS have a selection of response services that we offer to new and existing clients, and these are usually tailored to individual clients needs, however we do have a few guidelines to help our clients decide what is more suitable for their own needs by giving a few options.

We can have an engineer on your site with roughly any period of time to suit you, but typically these are set as standard times to 4, 8 and 24 hour responses

Engineers are available for a wide array of jobs to aid your company in terms of IT from repairs and maintenance to installs and re-location of equipment. Whatever the need may be, we can be there to take care of it, whenever you need it to be done. We purposely work on a flexible basis and we understand that not everything runs as clockwork. Our engineers carry a selection of spare and new parts as well as test equipment to diagnose faults on site and even replacement systems so your company is not without the machine while it is been fixed.
